The Rock makes a surprise return on WWE SmackDown and engages in a war of words with Austin Theory. The uncensored version of their promo has been shared on social media.

The Rock Roasts Austin Theory

WWE SmackDown kicks off with an epic return as The Rock makes a surprise appearance. He engages in a verbal battle with Austin Theory, taking shots at him and having some fun at his expense. The Rock even involves the audience in the insults by turning A-Town into A**hole and getting each side of the arena to chant it. The censored version of this segment aired on broadcast, but the uncensored version is now available for all to see on social media. Fans have expressed their annoyance at the amount of censorship, and now they can watch the full uncut version.

The Uncensored Chant

During the promo, The Rock has one side of the audience say “You are” while the other side follows up with “An a**hole”. He goes back and forth between the sides, and with each passing chant, Theory gets more agitated. He eventually starts yelling at the crowd, denying the insult. This leads to The Rock delivering his iconic move, the People’s Elbow, and even Pat McAfee gets involved, hitting a People’s Elbow of his own.

A Cool Moment with John Cena

Later in the episode, The Rock appears in a backstage segment with John Cena and Pat McAfee. Cena welcomes Rock back and the two have a heartfelt moment. Cena goes on to be a guest on the Grayson Waller Effect, which turns out to be an unpredictable and wild segment.

The Rock’s WrestleMania Plans

Prior to his return on SmackDown, The Rock revealed on McAfee’s show that a match with Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39 was initially planned. However, it was postponed because they couldn’t find the right angle for the feud. Heyman also discussed the importance of being in ring shape for such a match and the expectations from the WWE Universe for a longer and more exciting storyline.

Overall, the segment received mixed reactions from fans. What are your thoughts on the uncensored promo and The Rock’s potential match with Roman Reigns? Let us know in the comments!
