L'AJPW lançait lundi matin le tournoi Royal Road dont le vainqueur décrochera un match pour le titre de son choix. Le premier show avait lieu au Korakuen Hall de Tokyo au Japon. Ci-dessous les résultats:
Match par équipe: Takao Omori et Yutaka Yoshie ont battu Akebono et Yoshinobu Kanemaru.
Match simple: Masanobu Fuchi a battu Yohei Nakajima.
Match par équipe à 3 contre 3: Hikaru Sato, Keisuke Ishii et Ultimo Dragon ont battu Kaji Tomato, Ryuji Hijikata et SUSHI.
