Suite au show de NXT diffusé la nuit dernière, deux nouveaux matchs ont été annoncé pour TakeOver qui aura lieu devant plus de 13000 spectateurs au Barclays Center de Brooklyn.

Grâce à son succès sur Becky Lynch, Bayley défiera la championne féminine de NXT Sasha Banks. Samoa Joe affrontera Baron Corbin dans un choc de poids-lourd. Le match a été annoncé après que Joe soit venu mettre Corbin KO.
